Abstract

The invention relates to a sulfate pulping residue slurry recovery system which comprises: a residue slurry tank used for storing residue slurry; a filtering device which is connected with the slag slurry tank and is used for separating the slag slurry conveyed by the slag slurry tank to obtain filter residues and filtrate; a filter residue treatment device which is connected with the filtering device and is used for recycling the filter residues; a pulp washing device which is connected with the filtering device, wherein the filtrate is conveyed to the pulp washing device through the filtering device to serve as washing water of the pulp washing device; and an alkali recovery device which is connected with the pulp washing device and is used for recovering black liquor generated by the pulp washing device. The slag slurry recovery system for sulfate pulping is simple in structure, low in treatment cost and environmentally friendly, and slag slurry can be effectively recovered and treated.
