The method comprises the following steps of obtaining the actual delivery quantity and the withdrawal balance of each face value of paper money, coins and whole roll of coins in paper money equipment, coin equipment and whole roll equipment, sequentially performing division operation on a to-be-delivered amount or a residual to-be-delivered amount and each face value, rounding and judging to obtain the final delivery quantity of each face value; and the final delivery quantity of each face value is sent to control interfaces of paper money equipment, coin equipment and whole roll equipment, so that the equipment dispenses corresponding quantities of paper money, coins and whole roll of coins. According to the method, three kinds of equipment can be controlled at the same time for cash distribution and cash output, various withdrawal requirements of users are met, and the withdrawal efficiency is effectively improved.
