Benefits of technology

This patented technical effect describes an improved method called LCAT for identifying autoantigens involved in immune responses such as lupus erythematosus or other diseases caused by bacteria. It involves combining various types of reagents together into small spherules containing several thousand particles per milliliter volume, allowing multiple samples can be analyzed simultaneover at once without having to wait longer. By measuring changes over time during these tests, it becomes possible to identify new ones based upon their presence rather than just its absence. Additionally, there may exist certain substances within the cells being tested indicating potential disease causing agents like tissue damage or inflammation. These techniques allow researchers to diagnose conditions earlier and reduce costs compared to current laboratory procedures.

Problems solved by technology

Technics: Current techniques aim at identifying specific types of substances called labeled or unlabeled peptides associated with cardiac dysfunction caused by various causes such as heart failure, arrhythmia, pulmonary embolism, idiopathic dilated arteritis, hyperchlorohepatocyte lyase defibrillation sykinesis, tissue factor deposition disorders like systematic clotting disorder, platelet aggregates, bleeding abnormalities, hemophilia, inflammatory diseases, necrotrophy, tumor vasculature complications, bacterial meningoencephalopathy, reoccurrence of brain infarctions, cerebral palsy, stroke, spontancies, chest pain, lung injury, gastrointestinal tract obstruction, renal insufficiency, peripherally distributed intravascular deposits, plaque buildup, pleurisy multifocal leukemia, liver fibrogenesis, hepatosplenoma/hemangiomas, angiofusion mediastinitiation, sepsis, transplant related conditions, and others.

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method of an antiphospholipid syndrome related antibody. The detection method combines a microsphere analysis technology and a flow analysis technology, and performs joint detection on 12 antiphospholipid antibody indexes such as aCL-IgG, aCL-IgM, aCL-IgA, beta2-GPI-IgG, beta2-GPI-IgM, beta2-GPI-IgA, PS-IgM, PS-IgG, PI-IgM, PI-IgG, PI-IgM, PI-IgG and the like. The detection method comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing a serum sample; 2) preparing and activating microspheres; 3) preparing a capture antibody; 4) carrying out coupling; 5) performing antigen-antibody combination; 6) carrying out fluorescence labeling reaction; and 7) performing flow type detection. Compared with an existing conventional clinical detection method, the detection method has the advantages that joint detection of 12 antiphospholipid marker antibody indexes for diagnosing the anti-phospholipid syndrome is realized, the required sample size is smaller, the operation time is shorter, multi-parameter analysis can be performed, meanwhile, the specificity and the sensitivity are further extremely high, and the detection level and the standardization degree of the anti-phospholipid antibody index are further improved.
