Abstract

The system can solve the technical problems that an existing system is high in operation cost, poor in operation stability and not ideal in treatment effect. ;The sludge drying and self-sustaining incineration system is characterized by comprising a sludge feeding system, a sludge drying system, a dry sludge storing and conveying system, a sludge incineration system, a flue gas treatment system, an ash residue treatment system, a heat energy recovery system and a condensation system' the flue gas output end of the sludge incineration system is connected with the flue gas treatment system, and the ash output end of the sludge incineration system is connected with the ash treatment system; the heat energy recovery system absorbs heat generated by the sludge incineration system and is used for drying sludge in the sludge drying system; and the deodorization system conveys gas of the sludge feeding system and the sludge drying system to the incineration system for combustion.
