Abstract

And the flame-retardant component is compounded with the phosphorus-containing organic silicon as the other flame-retardant component. By means of the mechanism of electrostatic spinning, the compounded flame-retardant slurry is sprayed to non-woven fabric covering a metal substrate through strong electric field force to form filaments, the non-woven fabric substrate is covered with comprehensive and uniform flame-retardant fibers by controlling the moving speed of the non-woven fabric in the horizontal direction, and then the flame-retardant fibers are obtained through cleaning and drying treatment. A flame-retardant non-woven fabric sample with a good flame-retardant index is obtained.
