The invention discloses a coal mine underground rail wheel type high-altitude elevator, which relates to rail wheel type high-altitude lifting equipment in a coal mine underground roadway, and comprises a mining flat car, a shear fork lifting swing sliding frame, a double-piston-rod type sliding hydraulic cylinder, a working platform, a remote controller, an electric cabinet, a power supply, a hydraulic station and a claw type stabilizer, wherein the shear fork lifting, swinging and sliding frame is composed of a bottom base, a shear fork arm, a lifting hydraulic cylinder, a top base, a swinging and sliding seat, an ejector rod, a nut sleeve, a lead screw and a hydraulic motor; the claw type stabilizer is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a left side fixing guide plate, a right side fixing guide plate, a rear connecting rod, a hinged guide pin shaft, a front connecting rod, a front clamping claw, a hinged fixing pin shaft and a rear clamping claw.
