An atomizing cavity is formed in the middle of the bottom of the upper-layer cavity; a flexible intelligent electric heating carbon composite film with independent intellectual property rights is arranged on the outer side of the atomization cavity; a flue gas channel is arranged right above the atomization cavity; the flue gas channel is connected with the gas outlet; liquid storage cavities are formed in the two sides of the flue gas channel; a tobacco tar channel is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage cavity; and a lithium battery is arranged in the lower-layer cavity. The atomization cavity is heated in an infrared heat radiation mode which is completely different from a heat conduction heating mode from the inside of other electronic cigarettes, and uneven internal and external heating and pollution caused by the fact that a heating element makes contact with tobacco tar are avoided; the carbon composite film is high in infrared radiation conversion efficiency and rapid in temperature rise, tobacco tar can be rapidly atomized, and then the taste of the electronic cigarette is improved.
