Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an implant guide plate, and belongs to the technical field of implant guide plates, which comprises the following steps: (1) covering a disinfected x-ray radiation-resistant material on an edentulous area, then fixing by using a silicone rubber impression material, and measuring the thickness of a buccal tongue side mucosa of the edentulous area through CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scanning; (2) preparing a silicone rubber impression of a dental arch in an edentulous area by using a tray; (3) calibrating the middle point of the near-far middle direction of implant implantation in the tooth-missing area of the silicone rubber impression, and then calibrating the middle point of the buccal-tongue direction of implant implantation by referring to the mucosa thickness of the buccal-tongue side measured on CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography); (4) inserting the prefabricated cylinder into a preset position; (5) pouring a plaster model into the silicone rubber impression, and fixing the cylinder at the same time; (6) after the gypsum is solidified, taking out the model from the impression; and (7) sleeving a prefabricated channel fixer, and pressing a film or manufacturing a guide plate by using self-setting resin.
