processing method for a self-luminous
cement pole
tower. The
processing method comprises the following steps: step I of manufacturing a reinforcement cage; step II of preparing concrete; step III of forming; step IV of
drying in air; step V of preparing outer
surface layer paint; and step VI of manufacturing a luminous layer. The
processing method overcomes the defects in the prior art; the luminous layer is arranged on the outer surface of an existing
cement pole
tower, the luminous layer is prepared by combining luminous
powder with
crystal of silica sand, and being supplemented with resin 191, a curing agent, an
accelerant and
styrene, so that
ultraviolet rays radiate luminous
powder through
crystal of silica sand in
daytime, the luminous
powder re-emits light through
crystal of silica sand at night, and the light is weak and not dazzling, and therefore,
light pollution caused by too
bright light is avoided, ecological equilibrium is affected, and the reminding effect is very good.
