8 results about "Perfusion" patented technology

Perfusion is the passage of fluid through the circulatory system or lymphatic system to an organ or a tissue, usually referring to the delivery of blood to a capillary bed in tissue. Perfusion is measured as the rate at which blood is delivered to tissue, or volume of blood per unit time (blood flow) per unit tissue mass. The SI unit is m³/(s·kg), although for human organs perfusion is typically reported in ml/min/g. The word is derived from the French verb "perfuser" meaning to "pour over or through". All animal tissues require an adequate blood supply for health and life. Poor perfusion (malperfusion), that is, ischemia, causes health problems, as seen in cardiovascular disease, including coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral artery disease, and many other conditions.

In-vitro heart constant pressure/constant flow perfusion experiment device for cardiological mammals

ActiveCN107115577AGuaranteed accuracyGuaranteed success ratePressure infusionPeristaltic pumpMammal
The invention discloses an in-vitro heart constant pressure/constant flow perfusion experiment device for cardiological mammals. The device comprises a fixing and supporting device, a perfusion device and a monitoring device. The fixing and supporting device comprises a bottom platform. A fixed supporting plate and a movable supporting plate are arranged at the rear side of the bottom platform. A hydraulic lifter is arranged below the movable supporting plate. The perfusion device comprises a baffling perfusion column, and the baffling perfusion column is fixedly arranged on the front face of the movable supporting plate. The bottom of the baffling perfusion column is connected with the heart, and a conical incubator and a blood filter are sequentially arranged below the heat. The right side of the blood filter is connected with an oxygenator, and the oxygenator is connected with a gas storage bottle, a liquid storage bottle and a peristaltic pump through a gas conveying pipe, a liquid replenishing pipe and a liquid conveying pipe, respectively. The tail end of the liquid conveying pipe is connected with a liquid inlet of the baffling perfusion column. The baffling perfusion column and the conical incubator are connected with a temperature controller by means of a manifold. The monitoring device collects and records the test data through an electrode, a balloon, a heart sound transducer and a pressure transducer.

Gas delivery system for hepatic perfusion

ActiveCN109730054AAdjust gas delivery volumeEasy to moveDead animal preservationPortal veinOxygen delivery
The invention discloses a gas delivery system for hepatic perfusion. A control module of the gas delivery system controls an oxygen delivery control component and a compressed air delivery control component to work according to output results of a hepatic artery neural network training model and a portal vein neural network training model, real-time detection results of a hepatic artery detectionmodule and a portal vein detection module are trained based on the neural network training models, preset oxygen partial pressure, partial pressure of carbon dioxide and blood oxygen saturation degree, and hepatic artery and portal vein gas delivery capacity can be accurately adjusted in real time, so that the oxygen partial pressure, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and the blood oxygen saturation degree are stably outputted according to preset values. Moreover, universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of a base, so that the gas delivery system can be used and mounted in different surgical places. In addition, when the storage capacity of gas in an oxygen storage bottle and a compressed air storage bottle reaches critical values, an alarm module can timely inform operators of related information.

The invention discloses a cardiac surgery myocardial cardiopelgia synchronous perfusion and pressure monitoring and adjusting device. The device comprises two perfusion branches, a liquid supply pipe,a shunt detection meter and a second infusion pipe, the two perfusion branches are rotationally arranged on the shunt detection meter; an elastic telescopic pipe and a dial plate provided with a pointer and scales are arranged in the shunting detection meter; a first infusion pipe is arranged in the infusion head on each infusion branch, one end of the second infusion pipe is in butt joint with the first infusion tube, the other end of the second infusion pipe is connected to a third infusion pipe in the shunt detection meter, one end of the elastic telescopic pipe is connected to the secondinfusion pipe, and the other end of the elastic telescopic pipe is closed and extends to the free end of the pointer. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, synchronous and uniform perfusion of coronary artery on two sides can be realized, coronary artery blockage can be detected in the perfusion process, the device is self-inspected to find out whether a pipeline of the device is blocked or not, whether the device performs uniform perfusion or not is effectively found out in time, and insufficient perfusion and excess perfusion are avoided.

An aortic infusion tube with an elastic hemostatic ring

InactiveCN109173005AAvoid bleedingCatheterElastomerMedicine
The invention relates to an aortic perfusion tube with an elastic hemostatic ring, belonging to the technical field of medical instruments. The aortic perfusion tube with an elastic hemostatic ring comprises an aortic perfusion tube body, a fixing ring, an elastomer and a flexible compression ring. The fixing ring is sleeved on the aortic perfusion tube body and fixed with the aortic perfusion tube body. The flexible pressing ring is sleeved on the aortic perfusion tube body and connected with the fixing ring through an elastomer. When the elastomer is deformed, the flexible pressing ring is movable on the aortic perfusion tube body. As the flexible pressure re has elasticity, the aortic perfusion tube with the elastic hemostatic ring of the invention can be naturally adhere to and pressedon the arterial wall without adjusting the position, and the arterial wall is compressed to prevent blood leakage around the intubation when the aortic perfusion tube is used.
