Two-side blasting for pressure relief means that during tunneling of upper gangway and lower gangway of a working face, following closely the tunneled working face, deep-hole pressure-relief blasting is arranged to the lower side of the upper gangway and the upper side and the slower side of the lower gangway. Pressure-relief chamber establishment means that the pressure-relief chambers are disposed on the lower side of the upper gangway and the upper side and the lower side of the lower gangway every 40 meters during tunneling. The coalbed high-pressure water injection means that advance water injection accompanied by coalbed high-pressure water injection is carried out on the upper sides and the lower sides of the gangways and in the pressure-relief chambers for rockburst control. According to the method of the invention, multiple methods are used for comprehensive forecasting, so that the rockburst control level is improved, the loss caused by rockburst is effectively reduces, and thus the pertinence and the effectiveness of the rockburst control are substantially enhanced.
