3 results about "Reference electrode" patented technology

A reference electrode is an electrode which has a stable and well-known electrode potential. The high stability of the electrode potential is usually reached by employing a redox system with constant (buffered or saturated) concentrations of each participant of the redox reaction.

Electrochemical pipeline erosion corrosion testing device

The invention provides an electrochemical pipeline erosion corrosion testing device. A sample adopted in an experimental facility is a real pipeline which is clamped by PVC (polyvinyl chloride) flanges at two ends and connected into a pipeline by the same, and the flange at one end is used for mounting of a solid-state reference electrode. A cylindrical electrode is adopted as an auxiliary electrode which is positioned on a central axis of the pipeline, a water-facing end of the auxiliary electrode which is conically shaped is inserted into a central circular ring of an externally-connected flange and has functions of supporting and position adjusting, and a thread is formed in an outer side of a water outlet end of the auxiliary electrode, is fixed in the center of a titanium alloy flangeand has functions of fixing and supporting. The electrochemical pipeline erosion corrosion testing device has the advantages that the sample in the experimental facility is tubular and can be obtained by cutting a real pipeline or processing a bar material, an internal flow state in an annular tube section of the sample is similar to that in a real pipeline, mounting is facilitated, and testing efficiency can be improved; by a three-electrode connection manner, stability maintaining of medium flow state inside an experimental pipeline can be facilitated, a testing result is enabled to be morestable and reliable, and analysis of a corrosion mechanism of a material in a pipeline erosion corrosion environment can be facilitated better.

Device and method for generating ammonia by nitrogen

ActiveCN112226781AImprove the performance of reducing ammonia synthesisEasy to operateCellsEnergy inputPhotoelectrochemistryNitrogen gas
The invention discloses a device and a method for generating ammonia by nitrogen. The device comprises a working electrode compartment and a counter electrode compartment, the working electrode compartment is communicated with the counter electrode compartment, a proton conductive cation exchange membrane used for separation is arranged between the working electrode compartment and the counter electrode compartment, and the working electrode compartment is provided with a first working electrode and a second working electrode. The first working electrode and the second working electrode are arranged oppositely at an interval, the working electrode compartment is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, reaction gas entering from the gas inlet can sequentially pass through the second working electrode and the first working electrode and then is discharged from the gas outlet, and the counter electrode compartment is provided with a counter electrode and a reference electrode. Compared with a single working electrode, the porous material is added to serve as the second working electrode, and the better photoelectrochemical nitrogen reduction ammonia synthesis performance is shown. The auxiliary enhancement method can also be expanded to other photoelectrochemical reactions, especially multi-electron and multi-step reactions with delayed reaction rates.

For solving the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a device and method for removing arsenic from yellow phosphorus through continuous electrocatalytic oxidation, wherein the device comprises a current controller, a cathode chamber, an anode chamber and a control system, wherein the cathode chamber and the anode chamber are isolated from each other through a permeable membrane. A working electrode and a reference electrode are arranged in the anode chamber, a stirrer is arranged at the bottom, and a counter electrode is arranged in the cathode chamber. The electrodes are respectively and electrically communicated with a current controller. One side of the anode chamber is sequentially communicated with a sedimentation tank group and a liquid separation device, and the liquidseparation device is respectively communicated with the top end of the anode chamber and the storage tank. The method is based on the device and comprises the steps: controlling to form a nitrogen atmosphere, and controlling the temperature of the anode chamber to be 55-90 DEG C; and respectively adding an electrolyte into the anode chamber and the cathode chamber, and adding yellow phosphorus into the anode chamber; standing for phase splitting after constant-current stirring reaction; and leading the solution in the sedimentation tank group to the anode chamber or the storage tank through the liquid separation device, wherein the solid phase part is a product. According to the invention, continuous production of electrocatalytic oxidation yellow phosphorus arsenic removal can be realized.
