Abstract

The invention provides rustproof water-based grinding fluid with high settleability. The rustproof water-based grinding fluid is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5-15 percent of a settling agent, 5-10 percent of flocculating agents, 15-30 percent of lubricants, 25-30 percent of rustproof agents, 1-2 percent of sterilizing agents, 1-5 percent of coupling agents, 1-2 percent of anti-foaming agents and the balance of water; the settling agent is a mixture of organic sulfur, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and poly-dichloro ethyl ether tetramethyl ethylenediamine. According to the rustproof water-based grinding fluid with high settleability, the problem that fine dust such as iron powder, oil stone powder and the like cannot be effectively settled in a quilted grinding process is solved, the grinding fluid can keep long-term and stable lubrication performance and cleaning performance during processing, and is long in service life, high in rustproof performance and high in comprehensive performance.
