Abstract

The invention relates to a shape memory alloy pipe connection device which aims at solving the technical problem that an existing pipe connection technology and product cannot be applied to a high-temperature and high-pressure environment simultaneously. In order to solve the technical problem, the shape memory alloy pipe connection device is adopted and comprises a pair of semicircular hoops buckled to the pipe ends of a pipe, shape memory alloy short pipes arranged in cavity bodies of the hoops and a metal pipe, and the end of the metal pipe is provided with more than one annular groove. The two ends of each hoop are each provided with two or more bolt holes for fixation, and the two sides of the attachment face of the hoops are each provided with more than one annular groove structure. The shape memory alloy short pipes and in large interference amount fit with the connected metal pipe through an shape memory effect, sealing connection is achieved, and the characteristics of being high in connection strength, good in sealing performance, resistant to corrosion, resistant to high temperature (larger than or equal to 300 DEG C) and resistant to high pressure (larger than or equal to 63 MPa) are achieved; and as the hoops are designed, and inner cavities of the hoops are in tight fit with the shape memory alloy short pipes, it is promoted that the better effect of sealing with the metal pipe can still be kept when shapes of the shape memory alloy short pipes are changed.
