The invention provides a rolling wheel mechanism for a pipe valve part producing and conveying device. The rolling wheel mechanism comprises rolling wheel side plates. Each rolling wheel side plate comprises an installation plate, a rolling wheel and a support. The rolling wheel side plates are a fixed rolling wheel side plate and a movable rolling wheel side plate. The space between the fixed rolling wheel side plate and the movable rolling wheel side plate is adjusted through a second screw rod. The rolling wheel mechanism is reasonable in design, the space between the rolling wheels can be adjusted, and the rolling wheel mechanism can be suitable for production of most pipe valve parts. In addition, during adjustment, a plurality of first screw rods are in linkage and matched with a rhombus telescopic frame, and thus the condition that deviation occurs to the supports during space adjustment can be avoided effectively. Meanwhile, the rolling wheel mechanism is simple in structure and easy to maintain and operate.
