Benefits of technology

This patented technology involves crushing tussels into small pieces for use by medical professionals or researchers. It allows them to be stored safely without losing any medicine they are containing.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding new compounds that could be used for treatment or prevention purposes such as reducing inflammatory responses caused by tuberculosis (TB), enhancing brain health during childhood development, promoting blood vessel growth around infants' veins, increasing their ability to absorb nutrients through stomach walls when they feed themselves without causing damage due to excess weight loss or lacking sufficient calories.

Embodiment 1

[0010] The following examples illustrate the present invention in detail, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the content contained in the following examples.

[0011] 1. Take 100g of pulverized Tibetan Huhuanglian medicinal material, and extract it three times with 2000ml of 95% ethanol under reflux. The volumes are 800ml, 600ml, and 600ml respectively.

[0012] 2. The extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to a volume of about 120ml, extracted with 900ml of ethyl acetate, and divided into 3 times, with a volume of 300ml each time, the extracts were combined and concentrated to about 50ml.

[0013] 3. Put the above concentrate in a refrigerator at 0°C and let it stand for 24 hours. After the crystallization is complete, filter it.

[0014] 4. Transfer the above crystalline solid into a round bottom flask, add 80ml, 95% ethanol, reflux and dissolve, take it out after it is completely dissolved, put it aside, wait for it to precipitate crys

Abstract

The invention belongs to the natural drug chemical field, and is characterized in that: grinding Xizang rhizoma picrorhizae medicinal materials, adding 75%-95% of ethanol with an amount of 16-20 times for refluxing and extracting for 2-3 times, recycling ethanol from an extracting liquid with lowered pressure, extracting a concentrated liquid with ethyl acetate, taking an organic layer, and recycling ethyl acetate for concentration. The volume is concentrated until sticky dipped using a glass rod, then it is placed at the condition of -10 DEG C to -5 DEG C for 24 hours, crystal is precipitated, and filtered, the crystal solid is refluxed and dissolved by adding 95% of ethanol, then standing for crystal precipitation, and then filtering to obtain the cucurbitacine B. According to the method provided by the invention, the process prepareing the cucurbitacine B is simple in process, low in cost, high in yield and productive rate, and suitable for industrial large-scale preparation.
