Abstract

The invention belongs to the natural drug chemical field, and is characterized in that: grinding Xizang rhizoma picrorhizae medicinal materials, adding 75%-95% of ethanol with an amount of 16-20 times for refluxing and extracting for 2-3 times, recycling ethanol from an extracting liquid with lowered pressure, extracting a concentrated liquid with ethyl acetate, taking an organic layer, and recycling ethyl acetate for concentration. The volume is concentrated until sticky dipped using a glass rod, then it is placed at the condition of -10 DEG C to -5 DEG C for 24 hours, crystal is precipitated, and filtered, the crystal solid is refluxed and dissolved by adding 95% of ethanol, then standing for crystal precipitation, and then filtering to obtain the cucurbitacine B. According to the method provided by the invention, the process prepareing the cucurbitacine B is simple in process, low in cost, high in yield and productive rate, and suitable for industrial large-scale preparation.
