Abstract

The invention discloses a method for building a candidate marker diagnosis model for OA (osteoarthritis). The method comprises the following steps: (1) building an STR / ort model mice serum, and contrasting mice serums; (2) finding and discovering serum difference expression through combination of iTRAQ marks and MALDI-TOF MS / MS; (3) analyzing and screening candidate marker protein through bioinformatics; (4) verifying OA candidate marker protein; (5) detecting candidate markers in serums of patients and analyzing relation between the candidate markers and OA disease courses; (6) establishing amethod for building the candidate marker diagnosis model for OA. According to the method disclosed by the invention, markers are confirmed through samples of population, values for diagnosing OA by the OA candidate markers are evaluated and correlation between the candidate marker diagnosis model and clinics is analyzed, and the feasibility of the candidate marker diagnosis model on clinical application such as prevention and early diagnosis to OA and a meaning of the candidate marker diagnosis model in health alarm of OA of the population are proposed.
