The invention relates to the modification of cast stone. The cast stone is modified and prepared into a wear-resistant composite microcrystalline sheet material by the addition of some raw materials. The wear-resistant composite microcrystalline sheet material is concretely prepared by the following steps of: uniformly mixing natural basalt, quartz sand, feldspar, changbaiite, boron nitride and molybdenum disulfide according to a certain weight ratio, heating the mixture into a crystallization tank furnace for crystallization, fully melting, followed by water quenching to prepare crystallized pellet diet; placing the pellet diet into a thermal furnace for heating, softening, melting, laying flat to obtain a smooth and flattening sheet material, preparing into a polycrystalline sintered body with a hard microscopic structure, cooling by annealing, grinding, polishing, and cutting into the required specification. The invention relates to a high-strength, high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant protective material. Due to the adoption of natural inorganic materials, the novel green environmental-protection wear-resistant composite microcrystalline sheet material, which is prepared by two-time high-temperature sintering, is characterized in that its wear resistance can be more than ten times than that of common carbon steel, the microcrystalline sheet material has strong wear-resistant performance; and its use cost is low.
