The invention discloses zirconium-oxide processing equipment and a four-axis processing structure, wherein the zirconium-oxide processing equipment comprises a base, a working platform, a tool magazine, an A-axis rotating mechanism, a first supporting plate, an X-axis moving mechanism, a Y-axis moving mechanism, a Z-axis moving mechanism, a main shaft, a protective ring and a protective-ring fixing shell, wherein the working platform is opposite to the main shaft and is fixedly connected with the tool magazine; the tool magazine is provided with a plurality of containing holes along the peripheral direction of the working platform, and is connected to the A-axis rotating mechanism; the middle part of the first supporting plate is sheathed at the outer side of the A-axis rotating mechanism,and the bottom part of the first supporting plate is fixedly connected to the base.
