Abstract

The invention discloses a cloud certifying and managing system of parking lots. The system comprises a management platform, multiple parking lot managing application programs, and multiple access control devices. Each parking lot managing application program is connected to the management platform through an electronic communication device through signals; data of membership is established, a unique identification marker is provided; each access control device is provided with a reading element corresponding to the identification marker; the reading element can read the identification marker,the data is coded to form streaming data, the reading element is connected to the management platform in a wireless or wire mode to link the information, the membership of the users is verified in real time, the information that the user is qualified or disqualified is quickly sent to the access control devices; and the labor cost of the system is reduced.
