Abstract

The invention provides a discontinuous reception method, a configuration method, a terminal, a base station and a configuration system, and solves the problem that an existing DRX configuration schemeaffects the normal use of a UE by a user. The method comprises the steps of acquiring terminal state information and DRX information requested by various service units of a terminal; determining a DRX configuration parameter of the terminal according to the terminal state information and the DRX information; and sending the DRX configuration parameter of the terminal to the terminal. The purposeof carrying out DRX configuration on the terminal according to the terminal state information and the DRX information requested by various service units of the terminal is achieved. The terminal DRX configuration management is optimized, and normal use of a user for the UE is ensured.
