The water purifying device purifies water and improves quality of water entering the steady-flow water tank; the water purifying device, a steady-flow pump branch and the circulating pipeline form a purifying circuit for cleaning the steady-flow water tank, so that manual cleaning frequency of the steady-flow water tank is reduced, and water supply quality of a water supply pipeline network is guaranteed. With application of a stabilized-pressure pump branch, low-frequency running of high-power variable-frequency pump can be avoided, and lossof energy is reduced. Reverse cleaning and circulating cleaning can be carried out synchronously, water supply to the water supply pipeline network can also be achieved during reverse cleaning and circulating cleaning.
