The pin shearing device can use a clamping mechanism for clamping the electronic device, regulates the position of the movable plate according to to-be-shearedlength of pins, utilizes a cutter to shear off the pins, is relatively precise in movable plate shifting position, and is beneficial for improving pin shearing precision; and the sheared-off pins drop into a collecting box and are not distributed disorderly, so that the pin shearing device is worthy of being greatly popularized.
