Abstract

The ultrasonic improved fabric dyeing device comprises a dyeing furnace and a workbench; a dyeing cylinder isfixedly arranged in the dyeing furnace; a temperature sensor A is fixedly mounted on an inner side of the dyeing cylinder; an electric heating thermostatic water bath is fixedly arranged on an outerside of the dyeing cylinder; a support A is arranged on an upper end of an inner cavity of the dyeing furnace; and an ultrasonic transmitter A and a transducer A are arranged on an upper end of the support A. The ultrasonic improved fabric dyeing device and process can measure and obtain the dyeing rate at different dyeing temperatures and radiation frequencies, and compare and obtain the dyeing temperature and the radiation frequency at the best dyeing rate; an ultrasonic frequency signal emitted by an ultrasonic transmitter B is converted into co-frequency mechanical vibrations through a transducer B, the dye liquor is irradiated in an ultrasonic longitudinal wave form so as to enhance the stirring and diffusion effect of the dye, the dissolution of the soluble dye is accelerated, and the dyeing rate is improved.
