Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of shoe processing devices, in particular to a cold-pressing and shaping device for toe caps. The cold-pressing and shaping device comprises a machine table and toe cap shaping devices, wherein each toe cap shaping device comprises a shaping mould, a clamping piece, a bearing plate used for bearing the clamping piece, a shaping head assembly, a first driving assembly used for driving the bearing plate to ascend and descend and a second driving assembly used for driving the shaping head assembly to ascend and descend. Each shaping head assembly comprises a support base, a toe cap fastener, a gas bag and a gas pipe communicated with the gas bag, the gas bags are fixedly connected to the support bases, and the toe cap fasteners apply pressure to the to-be-shaped toe caps so as to complete shaping. By arranging the gas bags and the gas pipes, outside high-pressure gas is introduced into the gas bags, the gas pressure is uniformly transmitted tothe toe cap fasteners through the gas bags, the aim that the toe caps are under uniform pressure during shaping is achieved, and the problem that after the toe caps are shaped, the surfaces of the toecaps are wrinkled is solved.
