Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a three-dimensional ordered macroporous composite material for electro-catalysis of a methanol fuel cell. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: preparation of a three-dimensional ordered template, preparation of a carbon precursor, preparation of a nickel/cobalt/copper precursor and preparation of the three-dimensional ordered macroporous composite material. The three-dimensional ordered macroporous composite material is prepared by assembling polymer microspheres into a three-dimensional ordered template, mixing a carbon precursor and a nickel/cobalt/copper precursor, dipping, curing and sintering. The three-dimensional ordered macroporous composite material obtained by the simple and efficient method not only has the advantages of large specific surface area, high porosity and the like, but also has a series of advantages of strong pore structure arrangement periodicity, narrow pore size distribution, adjustable pore size, three-dimensional ordered overall structure and the like, and the preparation method is simple, low in cost and environment-friendly.
