The invention provides a food dryer with a multi-stage drying box. The food dryer comprises a workbench, a first drying box and a second drying box, wherein the top end of the first drying box is provided with a centrifugal device, the centrifugal device comprises a first driving motor arranged vertically, the output end of the first driving motor penetrates through a shell body of the top end ofthe fist drying box to extend into the interior of the first drying box to be connected with a first rotating shaft, a centrifugal barrel is connected to the end, far away from the first driving motor, of the first rotating shaft through a bearing seat, a spiral disc is welded to the inner wall of the centrifugal barrel, a plurality of second rotating shafts are welded to the bottom of the centrifugal barrel in a surrounding mode at equal intervals, a plurality of conveying belts are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the second drying box in a staggered mode, a turnover box is arranged at the other end of each conveying belt, and a turnover plate arranged obliquely is welded inside each turnover box. According to the food dryer with the multi-stage drying box, food raw materials can rotate along with the spiral disc, so that food in different areas is subjected to uniform drying baking treatment.
