Abstract

The invention provides a single-cell mass spectrometry system and method. The single-cell mass spectrometry system comprises a mass spectrometer which is provided with a sample inlet; a micro-fluidicchip which is provided with a liquid inlet and a plurality of liquid channels which are arranged in the micro-fluidic chip, are communicated with the liquid inlet and are provided with outlets; cell capturing units which are arranged in the liquid channels; an isolation unit which is used for realizing isolation between the liquid channels as required and comprises an isolation piece and a drivingmodule; electrodes which are arranged inside or outside the liquid channels; and a moving unit which is used for driving the micro-fluidic chip or the sample inlet of the mass spectrometer, so as toenable the outlets of the plurality of liquid channels to selectively correspond to the sample inlet of the mass spectrometer. The system and the method have the advantages of high analysis efficiencyand the like.
