Abstract

The invention provides a shearing device for glass fiber-reinforced plastic production and processing and an implementation method of the shearing device, and relates to the technical field of glass fiber-reinforced plastic production and processing. The shearing device comprises a main body box, a shearing mechanism, a supporting mechanism and a recycling mechanism, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the top of an inner cavity of the main body box; a connecting block is connected to the interior of the sliding groove in a sliding manner; an air cylinder is fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting block; a servo motor is installed at one side of a mounting frame; two sliding rods are arranged, each sliding rod is in threaded connection with a lead screw, and the top ends of thesliding rods slide at the inner side of the mounting frame; and a shearing tool bit is arranged at the bottom end of each sliding rod. Through linkage of the shearing tool bits at two sides and the lead screws, the shearing size can be conveniently adjusted, so that different production requirements are met; in addition, the shearing direction can be adjusted by the whole mounting frame; the shearing efficiency of glass fiber-reinforced plastic is improved; and the arranged supporting mechanism can fix the glass fiber-reinforced plastic to the middle position of a support table in a preparedmanner, so that the shearing precision is relatively high, and the shearing quality is improved.
