According to the integrated LAT honeycomb type water collecting device, the hexagonal shell and the cylindrical inner pipe have better bearing capacity and use performance and have better fitting surfaces by adopting an inner circle and outer hexagon form, when the planar combined water collecting device is needed, a water outlet pipe is inserted into a water inlet pipe of the adjacent water collecting device, when the vertical combined water collecting device is needed, a jacking pipe isplaced at the bottom of a bearing bottom plate of the upper water collecting device, the whole water collecting device is shrunk through stretching of arrangement springs and bearing springs, the working condition responsible for landform is met, the water collecting device can be arranged under the conditions that the construction landform is complex and the space is limited and can bear large vehicle passing loads, the hexagonal shell and the cylindrical inner pipe are made of cement materials, so that the whole water collecting device is not prone to rusting and corrosion and long in service life.
