The intelligent operation control system comprises a control circuit board, and a power supply key, an ignition key, a timing key, a number adding key, a number reduction key, a two-digit code tube display, an indicating lamp ring, a voice module, a loudspeaker and an interconnection module which are connected with a control circuit, wherein the power supply key is used for waking up or closing the display; the ignition key is used for igniting or turning off the fire on the left and right sides; the timing key isused for opening, closing and adjusting left-side or right-side timing and used for voice interconnection pairing; the number adding key is used for setting or adjusting timing time in an up-regulation mode on the left side and the right side; the number reduction key is used for setting or adjusting timing time in a down-regulation mode on the left side and the right side; the two-digit code tubedisplay is used for displaying timing time; the indicating lamp ring is used for indicating left and right firepower; the voice module is used for recognizing voice; the loudspeaker is used for emitting sound; and the interconnection module is used for being interconnected with a range hood. The intelligent operation control system is simple in structure, low in cost, easy to assemble, more intelligent and convenient to control.
