AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology combines two different techniques - one detects when there're no feet on an object being walked by or touched onto it while another measures how well they are doing this without actually getting into contact between them. It also includes sensors that measure their movement over time (inverse kinematics) which helps make sure everything stays within certain tolerances during walking movements. Overall, these technical features help robots better identify where things stand out from each other accurately.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution involves detecting if an object's feet are on or near their surface with sensors that measure how well they can slide over it without losing accuracy due to being too close together for them to move smoothly through space.

Abstract

The invention provides a multifunctional robot foot end, belongs to the field of robots, and mainly solves the problems of poor ground contact state detection reliability, complex structure and high cost of an existing foot type robot foot end. According to the invention, a robot foot end ground contact detection function and a foot end sliding detection function are integrated, the robot ground contact detection is carried out by using the air bag compressed air pressure change principle, the foot end sliding detection is carried out by using the angular velocity and acceleration information of an inertial measurement unit, and integrated processing is carried out. The multifunctional robot foot end has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient, high in reliability and low in cost, and the accuracy of robot foot end state detection is improved.
