AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology provides an improved chemical sensor with two stable parts: one part called the internal limitation axis (ILC), another part called a reset spring or a push-block. These technical features help make it safer and more accurate than previous designs for detectors made up from multiple components.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by these two types of sensor systems described earlier relates how they can be applied safely while analyzing samples containing nucleic acids such as miRNAs (micro ribonucleas) from small tissue fragments collected with microscopes. Current solutions involve expensive instruments that require trained staffs who may also damage their sensitive components due to impact caused by shock/shake.

Abstract

The invention discloses a photoelectrochemical sensing device and method for analyzing m5C and m6A in RNA, the photoelectrochemical sensing device comprises a supporting assembly, a sealing assembly, a glass detection box, an upper cover, a photoelectrochemical sensor and a pole piece. The sensing method comprises the following steps: step 1, equipment connection; step 2, detection preparation; step 3, detecting and recording. Through cooperation of a limiting shaft, a first reset spring, a trapezoidal groove and a push block in the supporting assembly, the stability of the photoelectrochemical sensing device during use is guaranteed, meanwhile, the height of the electrochemical sensing device can be adjusted, and use is convenient; a first gear, a second reset spring, an ejector rod, a pawl, a spring piece, a second gear, a torsion spring, a sealing belt and a second limiting groove in the sealing assembly are matched to form a sealing structure, so that the sealing performance of the electrochemical sensing device in use is conveniently ensured, and the influence of an external environment on detection is reduced; the method is simple, comprehensive and convenient to popularize and use.
