Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing before manufacturing a ceramic plate; (2) treating the material; (3) making a blank by a pressing machine; (4) preparing skin-friendly glaze; (5) preparing cover glaze; and (6) preparing a finished product. According to the preparation method of the skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate, brand-new raw materials are used for manufacturing the ceramic plate in a sintering mode, the strength and heat conductivity of the ceramic plate are greatly improved, meanwhile, skin-friendly glazes with different refractoriness are added, after high-temperature firing, the product is rich in texture, the glaze surface is like congealed fat through the skin-friendly glaze process and fine soft polishing and grinding, and the skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate is good in heat conductivity. And the handmade soap is fine, soft and skin-friendly in touch. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant, anti-fouling and anti-skid effects of the product are improved, and the finished ceramic plate can present different colors by adding different components into the production materials of the cover glaze, so that the application range of the ceramic plate is greatly expanded.
