Abstract

The invention discloses an indoor detection method for the mixing effect of an emulsified asphalt cold-recycled mixture, which comprises the following steps: determining the optimal water consumption of the emulsified asphalt cold-recycled mixture, and determining the optimal dosage of emulsified asphalt: when the dosage of the emulsified asphalt is small, the mixed mixture has gray color and poor wrapping property; when the amount of the emulsified asphalt is the optimal amount, the blended mixture is free of bluish white and good in wrapping property, and no liquid flows out; when the amount of emulsified asphalt is large, the blended mixture is free of bluish white and good in wrapping performance, and liquid flows out. The method can be used for effectively and accurately pre-judging the grading of the emulsified asphalt cold-recycled mixture and the use level of the emulsified asphalt and the water, and adjusting the demulsification time of the mixture by adjusting the use level of the emulsified asphalt and the water and combining the mixing condition, so as to meet the time required by different transportation distances from a mixing station to a construction site, and improve the construction efficiency. The mixture has sufficient transportation and construction time; the detection method disclosed by the invention is cost-saving, economical and effective.
