Abstract

The invention discloses a gas shielded welding method for duplex stainless steel. According to the method, argon and carbon dioxide are selected as protective gas; an argon gas tank and a carbon dioxide gas tank are respectively connected into a gas inlet interface of a gas mixing and proportioning device, and an outlet of the gas mixing and proportioning device is connected into a welding machine gas pipe; and the argon flow is adjusted to be 50 L/min, the carbon dioxide flow is adjusted to be 1.5 L/min, the mixed gas is emptied for 5 s or above, and welding is started. The selection standard of the argon is GB/T4842-2017, and the selection standard of the carbon dioxide is GB/T23938-2009. According to the gas shielded welding method, the problem that a gas shielded welding pool cannot be formed is solved, and duplex stainless steel gas shielded welding success is achieved. Compared with traditional manual electric arc welding and argon arc welding, the welding efficiency is greatly improved.
