The invention discloses an energy-saving waste plastic crushing and cleaning system and an implementing method thereof. The energy-saving waste plastic crushing and cleaning system and the implementing method thereof can solve the problem that existing cleaning devices cannot clean waste plastics in batches and are low in impurity removal rate. The energy-saving waste plastic crushing and cleaning system comprises a crusher, a first rinsing tank, a desalted water recycling device, a second rinsing tank, an environment-friendly material processing system and a sediment processing system, wherein the first rinsing pool is connected with the discharging port of the crusher and provided with rinsing liquor, which is formed by mixing sodium chloride, calcium chloride and water and is at a salinity of 15-25; the desalted water recycling device is communicated with the first rinsing pool; the second rinsing pool is communicated with the first rinsing pool and provided with rinsing liquor, which is formed by mixing sodium chloride, calcium chloride and water and is at a salinity of 7-8; the environment-friendly material processing system and the sediment processing system are communicated with the second rinsing pool. The energy-saving waste plastic crushing and cleaning system is reasonable in design, convenient to operate, high in automation degree, capable of stably cleaning PS (polystyrene) or ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) waste plastics, high in impurity removal rate and capable of cleaning environment-friendly materials and non-environment-friendly materials simultaneously.

Non-invasive nucleus implanting method for seawater pearls

The invention discloses a non-invasive nucleus implanting method for seawater pearls. The method comprises the main steps that commodity pearl cores are taken and cleaned with water firstly, and then washed using an adenosine triphosphate disodium dilution liquid; then adult healthy seawater pearl shells are taken as receptors, the upper and lower shells of receptor shells are separated by gaps using an instrument in a clean environment, the pearl cores are implanted through the feet of the pearl shells using a nucleus implanting device, then sent to the nucleus positions of the pearl shells, and the time of completion of the implanting step is controlled within one minute; the receptor shells implanted with the pearl cores are quickly placed in clean seawater for temporary rearing, and are put into a seawater culture environment within three hours and naturally cultured. The adenosine triphosphate disodium diluent liquid is prepared from 10 ml or 10 mg of commodity adenosine triphosphate disodium phosphate injection, and 50 ml of sterile water. The implanted pearl shells have no operative wound, the survival rate is increased by 20%-30% compared with using the traditional method of nucleus implanting, and the pearl rate increases by 30%-40%. Because the pearl shells do not have wound recovery process, the pearl shells grow rapidly, and the quality is excellent.

The invention discloses a production method of a large-NA (large numerical aperture) aspherical cylindrical lens; the production method comprises the steps of placing, in a clean environment, a glass preform in a high-precision smooth metal film which is made of copper and is 10-14 mm in thickness and 20-10 in surface gloss; dropping ultraviolet glue the same as the glass preform in refractive index into a gap between the glass preform and the metal film; applying, by piezoelectric ceramic, positive pressure to the outer surface of the metal film so that the metal film, the glass preform and the ultraviolet glue are in full contact, and performing ultraviolet curing by ultraviolet or low temperature heating. The production method has the advantage of good simplicity.
