The invention relates to an intelligent gasket manufacturing method based on functionalized micro-nano fiber micro-nano structured arrangement. The method comprises the following steps: putting micro-nano scale fibers into a matrix solution, and uniformly dispersing the fibers to obtain a precursor solution containing functionalized micro-nano fibers; putting the precursor solution into a gasket mold; naturally leveling the solution in the mold; applying a structured alternating-current electric field to the solution in the mold by using a signal generator and a structural interdigital electrode, so that the fibers in the solution are directionally/localizedly arranged under the action of electric field force; before the solution is solidified, introducing wires into the two ends of the mold; curing and molding the solution in a container, and completely fixing the arranged fibers and wires in a gasket; and demolding the cured material to obtain an intelligent gasket. When the intelligent gasket is applied to bolt connection and if the pre-tightening state of a bolt is changed, an output electric signal of the intelligent gasket is changed, and therefore the change of the pre-tightening force of the bolt is deduced. The method has the advantages of simple preparation process, high efficiency, accurate monitoring and the like.

According to the invention, duringrefrigeration, the cell activity of the seeds is reduced, so that the seeds can be stored for a long time; and matrix layers wrapping the outer walls of the seeds can be solidified into solid, and thematrix layers can play a role in external protection during refrigeration, so that the seeds are prevented from directly making contact with liquid nitrogen to be frostbitten, and the survival rate of the seeds is increased.
