The invention discloses a dental implant containing a polyether-ether-ketone interlayer and a manufacturing method thereof. The dental implant comprises an outer base pile, an inner base pile and thepolyether-ether-ketone interlayer, wherein the outer base pile and the inner base pile are both standard revolved bodies; and a blind hole is formed in the outer base pile, the inner base pile comprises a cylindrical table and a connection rod perpendicular to the end face of the cylindrical table, the polyether-ether-ketone interlayer is fixedly arranged in the blind hole and provided with an inner thread fit with the connection rod, and the inner base pile is in threaded connection with the polyether-ether-ketone interlayer through the connection rod. The dental implant containing the polyether-ether-ketone interlayer reduces the whole elasticity modulus of the dental implant by adding the polyether-ether-ketone interlayer. The damaged dental implant can be conveniently dismantled and replaced by means of multi-layer structural design, and damage is reduced as well, especially when a central screw is always out of work. Meanwhile, the multi-layer structural design is beneficial for recycling and reusing of intact parts. The manufacturing method is easy and simple to operate, and the product cost is reduced.
