The invention discloses a PMMA/PC-based high-performance polaroid, which consists of a base film, and a protective layer, a haze adjusting layer, a light-transmitting electrode layer and a functional layer which are sequentially stacked on one side of the base film, the base film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) resin, 80-100 parts of PC (Polycarbonate) resin, 5-10 parts of glass fiber, 10-20 parts of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) resin, 0.5-0.8 part of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a dispersing agent and 0.1-0.3 part of a flatting agent. The PMMA and PC materials are selected to replace TAC materials, the production cost of the polaroid is greatly reduced, and the round polaroid which is high in performance, capable of being reeled to reeled, full in manufacturing process and wide in viewing angle is obtained from the aspects of design, regulation and control of a polaroid base film raw material formula.
