The invention relates to an extraction method, and belongs to the technical field of hydrometallurgy. Salt generated by a saponifying agent in a solvent extraction and separation process is prepared into a regenerated saponifying agent and/or regenerated acid to be reused. The extraction method has the advantages that the regenerated saponifying agent is good in activity, no impurities are introduced into an extraction system any more, impurities carried by a disposable saponifying agent into the extraction system are avoided, the impurities of iron, silicon, heavy metal and the like in a product are reduced, the quality of the product is improved, resources are saved, and the cost is reduced. The defect that a large amount of salt-containing sewage is discharged while large amounts of acid and alkali are consumed during solvent extraction is overcome. The extraction method is simple, easy to control, convenient to use, safe and reliable and facilitates industrial production.
