The invention discloses disinfectant used for edible fungus breeding. The disinfectant comprises, by volume, 4 mL-8 mL of hydrogen oxide, 14 mL-19 mL of carbolic acid, 8 mL-15 mL of methylphenol solutions, 0.5 mL-1.1 mL of 8-hydroxyquinoline, 2 mL-5 mL of sodium stearate, 1 mL-4 mL of light calcium carbonate and 45 mL-55 mL of deionized water. All the components are mixed for certain time at normal temperature and normal pressure, and the disinfectant is obtained through subpackage and plastic package. Through the mode, the disinfectant used for the edible fungus breeding is broad in spectrum and has high capacity for killing trichoderma, blue mould, mucor and other sundry funguses which are severe in harm in the production process of edible funguses, meanwhile, the sundry funguses are prevented from growing again, no other effect exists, and the growth of the edible funguses is not affected.
