The invention discloses an antistatic composite adhesive comprising a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the components in parts by weight: 15-19 parts of polyethylene glycol, 20-30 parts of glycerol, 7-12 parts of isopropanol, 9-21 parts of sodium stearate, 22-25 parts of isopropyl titanate, 30-45 parts of epoxy resin, 11-15 parts of cyclopentanone, and 7-10 parts of 2-undecylimidazoline; the component B comprises the components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of epoxy resin, 30-40 parts of polyethylene glycol, 15-30 parts of isophorone diisocyanate, 5-20 parts of polyethylene glycol laurate, 2-4 parts of an antioxidant, 3-5 parts of melamine and 10-12 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The mixing ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1-1:4. The antistatic composite adhesive has good antistatic performance.
