stream in an H264 format in real time by using a built-in screenshot and hardware coding mode of an IOS
system, transmitting through a TCP / IP, and enabling the H264 code
stream to form an I frame (an IDR frame, namely a
key frame), a P frame and a B frame according to image change characteristics, wherein the core
algorithm adopted by the I frame is that complete image information is stored in intra-frame compression, and the P frame and the B frame adopt inter-frame compression and store correlation data of several connected frames. According to the invention, the H264 difference frame technology is ingeniously utilized, the
transmission bandwidth pressure is greatly reduced (more than 2 / 3 of the
transmission bandwidth pressure is saved), the IOS picture is hard-programmed into the video stream, and the
