Abstract

The invention discloses a solid microbial agent used for remedying the soil contaminated by petroleum, belonging to the technical field of bioremediation of soil contaminants. First-class seed liquid of acinetobacter radioresistens and rhodococcus erythropolis are mixed in equal parts after two steps of fermentation in liquid and solid states and cultivation to obtain the solid microbial agent, wherein, the number of effective viable bacteria of acinetobacter radioresistens and rhodococcus erythropolis is 10 to 10 CFU/g. The solid microbial agent in the invention has the advantages of low cost, high number of viable bacteria; the invention further has the advantages that micro-ecological environment improvement of the soil can be improved and secondary contamination cannot be caused to the environment, thus applicable to the bioremediation of the soil which is contaminated by petroleum and petroleum products.
