Abstract

The invention relates to a clam baking device which comprises a shell, a conveyor belt, a support and an electric control device, wherein the shell is fixed on the support, a baking channel is left in the shell, the upper part of the conveyor belt is arranged in the baking channel, the lower part of the conveyor belt is arranged outside the baking channel, a transmission mechanism is sheathed at two ends of the conveyor belt, and the transmission mechanism is electrically connected with the electric control device. The clam baking device is characterized in that three baking chambers are arranged in the baking channel, an electric hot air device is arranged in the first baking chamber, a primary baking device is arranged in the second baking chamber, a secondary baking device is arranged in the third baking chamber, and the electric hot air device, the primary baking device and the secondary baking device are connected with the electric control device.
