Abstract

The invention provides a metal surface protection pre-processing process, which comprises the steps of: firstly, normally degreasing metal workpieces once, then washing by water twice; sand-papering; degreasing and washing by water; coating a silane solution; curing; and coating. The metal workpieces are processed by the process; polyacid film layers are formed on the workpiece surfaces; and the polyacid film layers are dense and uniform and have strong adhesion force with metal bodies, so that the polyacid film layers do not easily drop, and the metal protection efficiency is improved.
