Abstract

The invention relates to a high temperature heat treatment furnace, especially relates to a refractory composition for a pure hydrogen atmosphere high temperature furnace. The refractory composition is prepared by letting raw materials be subject to mixing, high-pressure forming and high temperature nitridation sintering, wherein the raw materials comprise 10-30 % of silicon powder, 0.1-5 % of medium-low temperature sintering agent, 1-10 % of binder, and the balance of refractory aggregate. The Si3N4-conjugated silicon carbide refractory material provided by the invention can be used in pure hydrogen atmosphere at the ambient temperature of higher than 1300 DEG C.
