AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This inventor has developed an improved method called Fentons Oxidization which uses special chemical agents made from ferric iron(II) salt together with other substances like sulfonic acids or slowly releasing them at specific ratios. These methods eliminate unsafe factors such as adding excessive nitrogen fertilizers into water systems without affecting their effectiveness due to high levels of phosphorus found in these crops. Additionally, this new formulations have several technical benefits over existing treatments including reducing costs associated with pollution control measures while also improving efficiency.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding an efficient way to treat various types of contaminating materials like metals or plastic products found at sites where they were buried during excavations. Existing techniques involve adding iron salts called Ferrocyan®, which react quickly with alkali metal cations present within these materials through complex processes involving multiple steps including heat decomposition, reduction-acceleration, and other forms of energy transfer. However, there may also occur issues related to handling harmful chemicals involved due to their extreme sensitivity towards solubility. Additionally, it could pose challenges if excess amounts of acid remain after neutralization procedures.

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below.

[0021] The main component (percentage by weight) of the Fenton compound agent used in the gene biological treatment system of the present invention: F e SO 4 ·7H 2 O content 15~20%, H 2 SO 4 The content is 3~5%, the buffer is 2~3%, and the rest is water, and the buffer is weak acid, such as acetic acid.

[0022] f e SO 4 ·7H 2 O provides the ferrous iron (Fe 2+ ), H 2 SO 4 Adjust the PH required for the reaction, and the buffering agent can ensure that the different ferrous (Fe 2+ ) under the premise of the amount, realize the self-regulation of PH.

[0023] The Fenton's composite agent of the present invention is used in the advanced treatment of landfill leachate in the sewage treatment technical improvement project, and the results show that the use of the Fenton's composite agent under different water quality conditions has achieved satisfactory results.

Abstract

The invention discloses a Fenton composite reagent used in a gene biological treatment system. The Fenton composite reagent comprises the following ingredients: 15-20 percent of FeSO4.7H2O, 3-5 percent of H2SO4, 2-3 percent of buffer agent and the balance of water, wherein the buffer agent is a weak acid, preferably acetic acid. The Fenton composite reagent mainly aims to synchronously meet the demands for (Fe<2+>) amount and PH which are required by Fenton reaction under the condition that sulfuric acid is not used independently, and has two main advantages as follows: (1) potential safety hazards of sulfuric acid are eliminated; (2) the operation is simple, and all that needed is to inject the reagent to meet the pH required by reaction.
