Abstract

The invention discloses a cold rolling lubricant for antimony and an antimony alloy plate strip. No. 32 oil for a total loss system is used as basic oil and multiple composite additives are mixed with the basic oil, wherein the composite additives include an anti-wear agent, an oily agent, an oxidation and corrosion prevention agent, an antioxidant, an anti-foaming agent, an auxiliary, a dispersant, a friction improver and the like. The cold rolling lubricant for the antimony and the antimony alloy plate strip can effectively perform lubricating, cleaning, cooling and reduce the phenomena of adherence between rollers and rolled pieces, so that the damage caused by adhesion of the surface of the plate strip is reduced.
