Abstract

The invention provides a lighting device for an elevator car, dark areas generated along a joint component supporting a light-transmitting plate due to the irradiation of light from an LED lamp can be reduced, and the LED lamp can be replaced in the elevator car conveniently. Along the joint component, a ceiling arranged over the joint component is provided with a light-shielding body for shielding light which forms a projection shadow of the joint component in the irradiation direction of the light of the LED lamp, and a gap through which the light-transmitting plate can pass is arranged between the light-shielding body and the joint component. Due to the fact that the light-shielding body is employed to shield the light which is of the LED lamp and forms the projection shadow of the joint component towards the irradiation direction of the joint component, projection shadows of the joint component in the irradiation direction of the LED lamp are not liable to generate, due to the fact that dark areas generated along the joint component do not generate on the light-transmitting plate, and therefore the appearance of the light-transmitting plate can be improved. In addition, due to the fact the light-transmitting plate can pass through the gap between the light-shielding body and the joint component, and the LED lamp can be replaced in the elevator car.
